At Pacific Roofing and Renovations LLC, we bring over 50 years of experience in home restoration and renovations.

We take pride in helping our community. If we are not able to help with your immediate needs, we have the resources to point you and your family in the right direction. 

Pacific R&R LLC specializes in insurance claims and working directly with all major insurance agencies. By maintaining transparency for both the homeowner and the insurance agency it creates a copasetic work environment. It is our continued promise to get you and your family back into your home.  

Are you tired of multiple salespeople coming out and sitting you down only to "attempt" to hard close you on products and warranties you and your family don't need? I know we are... Why is that no one is offering "Quality" and "Affordability?" Salespeople sell "Quality" and actively choose to ignore "Affordability." WE DONT.

Fact is, it is not expensive to protect your investments. With Pacific R&R, we let you build your project to fit your family's needs. When "Affordability" is a primary concern, we will provide multiple options that still maintain our workmanship warranties and overall quality. We also offer 100% financing that is customer direct financing (What does that mean?) This means instead of a big box company collecting 100% of the funds before work has started, all of our financing options are paid out directly to the homeowner(s). This provides the homeowner(s) with the power to make sure that the renovation(s) is/are done and complete before final payment is paid. 

Have you been thinking about your roof, siding, windows, deck..etc?. but you are not sure if it is time to replace or not? Pacific R&R would be happy to come out and inspect the current condition and provide our professional opinion. (Yes, even if that opinion is "Your roof and attic look great!"). If a repair is needed, we will provided multiple manufacturers for you to compare manufacture warranties and select the material that best fits your project and financial needs. Does material selection effect price?   Yes, just like shoes, you can invest in a high-end product that will last but you will end up paying more for that product. Sometimes, going with a high-end product could mean that you are overpaying for benefits that don't actually benefit you. Example: Buying a $200 pair of shoes for a 7-year-old, they look and feel great but, in a month, you are going to have to buy a new pair (kids grow fast!). That is where we step in (pun intended). We want to make sure you know what your project demands vs "overpaying for all these additional benefits you won't ever use!"
